Nirmalesh Kar and Dr. Imam Hosen
The spiritual journey is a basic culture of the Indian life cycle. It needs not only to be practiced but also it needs to be realized. For realization, we need a good amount of control and psychological redemption. In every pulse of Indian philosophy and also literature, everyone feels the heart throve of spiritual repercussions. Kamala Das's poetic expression is an occult practice of spiritual conundrum. This paper explores that there is an underlying theory of spirituality in her apparent sexual hunger. It shows that she conveys to us the value of deconstruction social taboos, which do not let her and also us thrive and inspire us toward the ultimate goal. She perceives that construction is not a permanent base. Rather, it is a step to evaluate its value and to check its validation. The poet goes for the process of decomposition of social values to test their impact on the society and how they curve human life and prepare for spiritual salvation.
